Scott Payne Custom Pools LLC

If you're considering building a pool, I can't recommend Scott Payne Custom Pools enough. From the very beginning, the entire team was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. We had a very tight timeline, and they not only met it—they exceeded our expectations without sacrificing quality. What impressed us most was how much value was included. They didn't cut corners or nickel-and-dime us. The level of planning, communication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail made us feel like we were getting far more than we paid for. Building a pool can be stressful, but Scott and his team made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They delivered exactly what they promised, on time, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. If you're looking for a company that truly cares about its customers and stands behind its work, Scott Payne Custom Pools is the one to call.

My experience using Scott Payne Pool Company was first rate. From design to construction to completion, everyone was communicative, prompt, and professional. I have enjoyed my pool for 4 summers now and there is never a day that I regret my decision to invest in my backyard retreat. I must also comment that even after 4 years, I am able to email Scott and his team and have first rate customer service. Someone is always willing to help with a question or issue. I highly recommend.

Highly recommend Scott Payne Custom Pools. Scott was amazing to work with. He was professional, prompt and always available to answers questions and address concerns. It was clear Scott really cared about our project and that his number one goal was to make sure we were pleased. Our pool was completed on time and we could not be more pleased with the finished product.

We cannot say enough amazing things about Scott Payne Custom Pools! From start to finish, their customer service has been absolutely impeccable. We built our pool three years ago, and even now, their commitment to their customers continues to impress us. Recently, we had an issue with the glass tile we originally selected, only to find out it had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Without hesitation, their team reached out and offered us the opportunity to choose a brand new tile, completely free of charge. We selected a stunning mosaic porcelain tile, and the transformation is incredible. The team handled everything seamlessly. They removed the old tile, drained the pool, thoroughly cleaned all debris, and refilled it with fresh water. The entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. Our pool looks absolutely gorgeous, and we constantly receive compliments from friends and family on how beautiful and picturesque it is. We are so proud of it! If you’re considering investing in a pool, don’t hesitate. Scott Payne Custom Pools delivers exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and truly outstanding customer service. You can feel confident knowing you’re in the best hands!
