Best I have ever worked with. I have had multiple pool companies over the years for my Airbnb, and for the last year+ I have been a McCallum customer. They are by far the best in the business. My Airbnb gets a heavy bather load, and they always keep things in tip top shape. They send detailed reports immediately after every visit with photos and comments. They always show up. They are extremely communicative. Their repair techs are exceptional. If you need something adjusted, want them to always check something specific, they can hard code it into the workflow for their maintenance guys, and you will see it weekly on your report. 10/10 could not recommend this team more.
These guys are great. I try to maintain my pool myself, which can be frustrating. I've called John several times over the last couple of years, he has listened and offered guidance or suggestions. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient! Each service tech guy that has come by to trouble-shoot has been thorough, informative, resolved the issue, and will guide you through things if needed. Excellent service and highly recommend!
i’ve used other pool companies during my 30 years living in Phoenix. I have friends that I have used other pool companies as well. McCallum‘s is simply the best. One visit from them is all it’ll take to convince you!
They poured too much salt into my pool and did not own up to the mistake. Instead, they blamed the city water for the 6000 salt levels rather than their technician, did not admit to it and then quoted me $600 to drain the pool in order to fix their mistake. When i called to cancel service they asked why. I told them that mistakes happen, its how you handle it that makes a difference. They did not ask any further questionsor try in any way because why start being honest now. So they created an issue, denied wrong doing and I now have to pay to fix their mistake. Avoid them at all costs, scam
Excellent pool service and repair company. Very competent operation. McCallum's is the best on many factors. Difficult algae scrub job on an older Quartz pebble-like surface -- water was such a mess from so many different algae treatments over 3 years. No guarantee on the older surface refresh ! ... but it's looking great for the new swim season.
