Kristen and Lee have been life savers, they have been servicing our Airbnb cottage for over 2 years now, and have been able to go in on Christmas, New Year’s Day, many sundays and during our summer months, same day check out and check in days, they go within the 4 hour window that we have, to service and get our hot tub up to speed for the next guest. Communication is great, they are reliable (we literally send them the schedule and forget about it) and they both always go out of their way to be proactive on our behalf and let us know of any concerns they may have above and beyond the tub itself. I’d recommend Lee and Kristen without a doubt. Not to mention the most reasonable prices I’ve seen for the service (and I’ve called literally every pool/hot tub servicing company in Kawartha lakes, trust me!)
Lee has been servicing my hot tub at my cottage up in the Kawartha Lakes for over 1.5 yrs now. I live in Toronto, so Lee going on over to my cottage and help managing it has been a huge help. We have a lot of guests come in due to our Airbnb business, and so timely balancing and keeping it up and running has been a breeze due to the Aquaholic team! Very reliable, professional, and thorough. We bought our hot tub from them and they installed, and maintained and open and closed it. They also gave us great advice on spa accessories like vacuums and chemicals. Highly recommend!
