Glad we picked the right pool company! A&G was the best experience; from initial consultation, design, material choices, all the way to completion, they were professional, helpful and kept us informed. The pool was completed in the time period they stated (8-9 weeks from ground breaking to completion) and the quality is top notch.
What we liked most about A&G is that they listen. To start, we needed some advice and guidance on what we could do within our limited space. We worked with Bobby Austin and he provided the ideal design that incorporated our thoughts and ideas. He suggested some enhancements that were very nice upgrades. This was much appreciated value-added guidance. His knowledge and experience with HOA’s helped expedite the approval process. Our construction manager, Reid, was truly in command of the project. He was very visible, had a strong focus on details, responded quickly to every question and clearly communicated what we could expect at each stage. Simply stated, the man is good. A&G’s build process led to a quick 9-week completion. It would have been a week or so sooner (or more) if not for weather and some other delays not in their control. As for the finished product, we had a vision of the pool based upon our original consultation but when it was completed, it exceeded our expectations. It was like they were building their own pool.
If you want the highest quality custom pool, go with A&G Concrete Pools. We worked with a lot of great guys including Jordan, David, and Alan. Each were experts in their own field. First, Jordan made our dream pool become a vision with a 3-dimensional design that we were able to edit on the fly. He was patient and very easy to work with. Next, David helped us navigate the construction process. David was very accessible. Last, Alan helped us get the pool regulated and operating properly. If there are any concerns whatsoever, from the pool water being unbalanced to a scratch in the tile, A and G will take care of you and make sure you are happy. I would highly recommend them!
We decided to use A&G Pools based on customer reviews, word of mouth and experience. We worked with Jordan on all of our design ideas and everything we wanted to see in our backyard. We were assigned Al as our project manager who was fantastic! There were a few bumps in the road that when we reached out to Al he was very responsive and took care of any issues / concerns right away. All of the workers and subs were very knowledgeable and friendly. We loved watching the whole process take shape and any concerns addressed. We absolutely love the finished product and look forward to many years of enjoyment in our backyard living space.
