We purchased a 19D H2X. I would never purchase from Master Spas or from Southeast Spas again. 6 months and we can’t even get simple covers for the spa cover lifters. I can’t even begin to estimate how many calls texts emails have been attempted. Why not buy a Master Spa. You get a swim apparatus to swim against the propulsion jets. This goes around your waist. And there are 2 bungee cords to connect this apparatus to the spa. Well guess what you need. Some method to connect the bungee cords to the spa. These do not exist. The company tells you to hook the cords to the cleats used for the rowing bars. Brilliant idea, only your legs and feet hit the steps and seats because that is where the cleats are. I think there have been 15 emails trying to repeatedly get the help from MS to understand. Totally clueless. I give up. And that does not even go into the cleats that rust. These have been replaced twice. The first set didn’t fit the row bars. And the instructions from either company on how the spa works and is operated by you the owner. Well that didn’t happen and those instructions don’t exist unless you chase them down on Facebook. Save yourself the aggregation time and money.

We purchased a refurbished Nordic D'Amour Hot Tub from Steve at South East Spas in April and we couldn't be happier with the process from beginning to end. Steve provided precise information about how to treat the spa and followed up when we had questions. The company also loaned us a temporary top while a custom top was being made. We had updates on the status, with regular contact with Luigi and Alyssa, when there was a slight delay. When the custom top was delivered, Jonathan provided us with new clips and installed them perfectly. I recommend South East Spas for anyone who is looking to add a hot tub to their home.
