Tim from Tiki Nui Pool Care is great. He is very thorough vacuuming and brushing for any debris. He checks and cleans the skimmer as well as the equipment. Tim tests the water for any chemicals that may be needed. We also get a report shortly after showing the chemical readings and what may have been added along with before and after photos of the pool, the skimmer basket and the PSI gauge. He is scheduled once a week and is very punctual. Tim is a great guy who loves his job and is very good at it. My pool is crystal clean and we are very happy!
Tiki has been servicing my pool for the last 2 years and they have done a great job. Great communication, punctual, and dependable. Highly recommended.
If I could leave a half star or zero stars I would. If you value your money, your time, and especially your pool DO NOT do business with Tiki Nui!! In the beginning when I first got the weekly services it was ok, but there would be times where my pool tech Tim Malloy would not go & my tenants would complain about having a green pool, yet I was still being charged for the service. Even when I told the owner Mr. Ross that I’m no longer interested in services he couldn’t be bothered to respond. Again DO NOT do business with Tiki Nui. They’ll take your money & let your pool go green!!!
I had to replace my DE Filter and Pump. Tiki Nui Pool Care did an awesome job. This is an excellent company. Ros (Manager) and Tim (Technician) are the best. They are personable, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and they show up when they say they will and do as they promise. Highly recommend and would use their services in the future.
We are very happy with our pool service! Our pool always looks great! Also our pool tech is friendly and knowledgeable.
