We own our Jacuzzi spa for 2 years now. Everything went well when we bought the spa - delivery was on time - and installation went well. Everyone at Certified is easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and responsive. We did need a service call and they took care of everything under the warranty. I would recommend Certified to anyone in the market for a spa. They care about doing things right.
Certified Pool and Spa carry the best products. The Jacuzzi Brand carries all types and style of spas for any space whether it be contemporary or traditional. I had Randy and his team install a Jacuzzi JL-X at my home in Arrowcreek. They came on a day when there was 2 feet of snow at my home, the guys dug a path, removed rocks, and were able to have my Jacuzzi installed in less then an hour. They were thorough in teaching my wife and I how to use the spa, the set up was seamless. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a spa. Love my Jacuzzi, and the fast and courteous service. Do your research and get the better product with better service.
