Getting a spa is a big investment and we did our research by going to several hot tub companies in LA. When we first visited, Ross greeted us and really educated us on models, pros/cons and even invited us to do a wet test. We had a follow up visit with Nicky after seeing a few other spa stores, and she really helped us get to the finish line and feel comfortable and happy with our decision. Both Nicky and Ross own and run the business and we felt like family knowing that we are investing in a friendship vs feeling like you are just another client. Incredibly beautiful showroom including a live tub to test if you bring your swimsuit! Cedar tubs are so so fragrant and gorgeous, and all tub options are sustainable and efficient. Ross was a pro and so helpful getting me into the right tub. Must stop here for your hot tub needs!
