Went in for sodium carbonate and was met by an employee, i said hi and she just stared at us and walked past us went into the office and never said a word.

Stole my money. They sent out their son, Cody, to open our pool. Originally to open the pool was $300 including chemicals. Then several requests were made for "miscalculations". We started getting suspicious when he requested $40 for gas through Cash App. After $580, only thing done was the pump hoses were connected and a new plastic basket installed. Tried to contact the son a few times for a refund, but he won't return any calls.
They recommended their son for my pool install. He had a contract and stole my money. He never did the job, just disappeared. They did not address even though they recommended their son for the job. And they even acknowledged he had done this to others. Take your business elsewhere.
I bought my hot tub from aqualand many years ago. In may this year the pump went out on it. I called on May 22 and told them about it and was talked to rudely and was asked my credit card info without any reason and told they would get back to me at the end of the week. They finally called back July 22. Of course I had found someone else to help me out by then. So Im just saying they don't even service the products that they sell
