We were visiting from Michigan and have been researching swim spas. Since this is such a considerable investment it is important to do a wet test to make sure you select the right unit for you. Mo was very helpful in explaining how the models differ and took into consideration our needs based on our activities. The store and changing room were clean. The sales floor was spacious and well lit. Mo recommended that we visit the warehouse showroom to compare the various models as this is a locally made swim spa and provided us the contact information. Had the best experience with paradise pools when buying my hot tub. From, Maurice helping us pick the perfect tub to the delivery. It was executed perfectly. As first time hot tub owners, they were very helpful at getting us up and going, and they’re always there when we need to check in. Could not be happier with the service we received.
My husband and I were looking for a new hot tub. We had a sundance and we were loving it. We were very sceptical to go see the hydro hot tub. When we walked in, beautiful inviting lady, Marianne, welcomed us and help us with all the questions we had and it was a lot. She was sooooo patient and knowledgeable. We walk out the store without buying it that that. I went to the store the next day with 3 conditions non negotiable. Marianne went above and beyond to get us the 3 conditions called me the next day at a specific time that I told her. I did went to signed the contract with a nice man named Paul, he was sooo energetic and wanted my transaction to go perfectly and it was totally simple and perfect. After the delivery with another Team Amy and Jacob were totally Amazing also, explaining again everything. The delivery went smoothly. After that Marianne, contacted me to say that they wanted to come for another informative session at my home for the new hot tub. Maurice and Marianne came with big smiles and Maurice did explained all the smallest details about the hot tub. Answered ALL my questions. Did a setting on the hot tub, etc…WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to buy from MP Paradise for quality, knowledge, AMAZING STAFF and we are IM LOVE with the new HOT TUB. Better than my Sundance!!!Thank you soooo much for everything you did Marianne and your dedicated TEAM at MP Paradise in Welland Ontario.
