My husband and I were looking for a new hot tub. We had a sundance and we were loving it. We were very sceptical to go see the hydro hot tub. When we walked in, beautiful inviting lady, Marianne, welcomed us and help us with all the questions we had and it was a lot. She was sooooo patient and knowledgeable. We walk out the store without buying it that that. I went to the store the next day with 3 conditions non negotiable. Marianne went above and beyond to get us the 3 conditions called me the next day at a specific time that I told her. I did went to signed the contract with a nice man named Paul, he was sooo energetic and wanted my transaction to go perfectly and it was totally simple and perfect. After the delivery with another Team Amy and Jacob were totally Amazing also, explaining again everything. The delivery went smoothly. After that Marianne, contacted me to say that they wanted to come for another informative session at my home for the new hot tub. Maurice and Marianne came with big smiles and Maurice did explained all the smallest details about the hot tub. Answered ALL my questions. Did a setting on the hot tub, etc…WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to buy from MP Paradise for quality, knowledge, AMAZING STAFF and we are IM LOVE with the new HOT TUB. Better than my Sundance!!!
