I have used Midwest Pool for 20 years and have always been very satisfied with service, response time, and staff. If I take a water sample, the advice is always spot on. They show up when scheduled, and all the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and helpful.
OLD STYLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AMAZING.So... I'm older.. Get that out of the way.. I take care of my pool for the most part. Been doing it a very long time. Not serious repairs, but weekly work and water chemistry. This year, the pool was green and being stubborn about it. I did what I do with the chemicals, and.. Yup still green. So I resigned myself to the fact that I would be spending some serious money this Saturday morning. Using Google Maps I tripped across Midwest Pool Services. Having never tried them before, and being close by, I decided to check them out. I read they do water testing so I figured "What the hell" and took some with me. My youngest and I headed over there.Once inside I was greeted by Chad and he began working with me,Now I don't get into transaction details, but I can tell you that Chad made a customer out of me for life, I had all but forgotten the magic of a small local business that put's relationships with their customers above all else. In this day and age where we put up with almost anything for the convivence that Amazon offers, it was a breath of fresh air to speak to a knowledgeable person who took it upon himself to work WITH ME.From a financial perspective, Chad saved me hundreds of dollars on that visit.His advice for fixing my water issue was DEAD PERFECT, and my problem was solved less than 12 hours later. BLUE WATER!! YEAH!I cannot recommend them enough. So happy to have a place like this nearby, and I will ONLY be working with them moving forward for all my pool supplies.

Went into Midwest Pool Supply looking to find a local pool company to help me keep my pool in good working order.The owner wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence before he bombarded me with the way I should be doing things. I could not get a word in edgewise.I hope this is not how he does business with others.My advice, hear your customer out before you make suggestions. I will drive further to get my water tested rather than deal with this condescending business owner.
Need more attention to detail paid to our sub division swimming pool. Opening weekend, pool is filthy, pool deck covered in garbage, and all of the chairs are moldy. Disgusting. Lifeguard told us they weren't allowed to backwash and clean the pool. Hopefully no one gets sick from it, yes it was that bad.
