Reviews matter. Never would have gotten my hot tub fixed if I hadn't read some.

This is gonna be long but I'm psyched and just gonna type some thoughts. So have had my tub for 25 years. Love it. Last January found a guy to fix a few things. Did a great job so had him fix a neck jet. Dude screwed it up, caused a leak, then proceeded to ghost me for 5 months! So aggravated. Finally called a few places but no one could work on my tub (Cal Spa). Then I called Two Men cos they were the authorized dealers. Couldn't do crap. Guy would never call me back then finally left me a message 3 weeks later saying the part might be there in a week, or in a month, or 6 months, or maybe never! What? So I blew them off, too, and tried calling Casper again (the ghost). What a waste of time and such a nightmare dealing with him.

So I started searching reviews. Used to go to Mirage when they were on Lindbergh years ago. Their website mentioned they work on all makes and models. OK, cool. Then I read some positive reviews but one really caught my attention. The guy wrote that Rich was the man. Could fix anything. He was the "MacGyver" of hot tub techs. Very creative. So I figured let's try it. So I went to the location and Tim was really cool. Very helpful. Showed him some pictures and he felt very confident that Rich could do the job. They're busy but we set up a service call for 10 days which was today.

Rich came out with Jen. Both were very cool. It didn't take him very long, either! Bottom line is my tub is back in service and I am one happy dude! All filled up and it's at 104 degrees, ready for a late night soak! I read that Mirage is locally owned, too, which is always a plus. I'm not gonna say it was cheap but I just wanted it fixed and they did it. I can't recommend them, and Rich (!) high enough. Lovin life! Mirage is for real!

Quit using them due to some shady experiences.

Had some work done on our hot tub we purchased from them. That particular repairman replaced the heater and we were buying a new cover. We're offered a10% military discount.

When I went in to pick up cover and pay bill, the young lady there refused to honor the offered military discount, because they were a "family run business".

I had another issue another time where the tub would not get the water up to temperature. The young man sent to work on it tested and showed that the heater was getting power, so nothing must be wrong. When I questioned the lack of temperature level, he got an attitude and snapped that he could replace the heater if I wanted.

Seems he was capable of replacing part, after part, after part, but not ability ot diagnose the problem.

That was the last time I used Mirage.

Now I'm looking for a reputable place to buy a new tub. Definitely NOT Mirage.

The mirage spa service team was able to make the initial visit 2 days earlier than the scheduled visit. They were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I felt confident that the problem was fully resolved.

We have had such great experiences at Mirage. The new owners are very honest, friendly and eager to help! Store manager -Roger is the best! He goes above and beyond to help and make sure we are taken care of. He is always welcoming and friendly and eager to help whenever we come in. I would have no clue what I was doing! It is very clear that he truly cares about his customers and stands behind the products. Customer service like this is very hard to find these days!

Outstanding service from start to finish

I can’t say enough good things about Mirage Spa and their entire team. I had a leaky Swim Spa issue come up during a snowstorm, and they still responded quickly and professionally when many others wouldn’t have.

Rich was absolutely phenomenal — truly a MacGyver-level technician. He diagnosed the issue fast, implemented a solid temporary fix to stop the leak, and clearly explained the plan for a permanent repair on a return visit. His knowledge, creativity, and calm confidence instantly put me at ease.

From scheduling to communication to on-site service, the whole team was responsive, professional, and customer-focused. This is exactly how service should be done. I highly recommend Mirage Spa and especially Rich if you want experts who show up, think on their feet, and stand behind their work.
