HIGHLY recommend this company. We had a hard time finding someone to come out and repair our hot tub. After reading reviews about London’s we gave them a call and they were kind enough to try to troubleshoot over the phone to save us money from a house call. The troubleshooting was not successful so they made an appointment very quickly and were promptly on time. The technician was extremely friendly and honest. He had to replace the pump and had the part with him and had the job completed within an hour. The price was very reasonable. Couldn’t be more satisfied with their services. As a woman who is not knowledgeable about this stuff, I felt they took time to explain the problem and handled business with integrity. Thank you London’s for being good and honest people we can count on.
I definitely would not use them again. I specifically asked if they needed a photo of our jet tub before coming out to ensure they had access. I was told they didn't need a photo that they are all designed such that repair people have access. They came out, told me they couldn't work on it because they needed a plumber to remove the tub, and then charged a service fee. Very unprofessional
London’s Pool and Spa is sensational! Within an hour, London was able to fix all the warranty issues I had incurred on the my brand new Aqua Living swim spa, of which I haven’t been able to swim from its installation 2 months ago. I highly recommend London’s Pool and Spa and I cannot be more grateful for the superb service I received!
They did a great job of repairing our old hot tub! When the temp seemed to be stuck, we were given options to replace the circuit board or the entire system, but once it was running, the temp was able to be adjusted and all is well! Friendly, fast service. Loved them!
Great Service and on time. Stop fooling around and call them and be done. These guys know there stuff. and you Youtubers stop - let the pros do it right. THANKS GUYS for fixing my mess.
