This review is long overdue as I've been using Pinnacle for years, and they do not give themselves enough credit about how great they really are! All the techs are well trained and knowledgeable about all the different brands of pool equipment and accessories in the pool industry making themselves efficient with fast services times! They never have to come back, they've always done it right the first time!Rob, Junior, Jared and Leo are always super friendly and informative when explaining how the equipment works and how to operate everything.Ashley at the office is sweet and pleasant talk to, she'll listen to the explanation of the problem, and helps figure out what to do next! Even her, the office staff, knows so much about servicing pool equipment, I was so impressed!Luis, the owner himself is a great guy, he will go out of his way to make sure you're 100% happy with everything they can do for you, and is fairly priced on top of it all!I couldn't be more happier with them and would 1000% recommend them to everyone!
My pool builder did not set up my Pentair automation correctly. After 12 months of bringing all manuals to the original pool builder indicated the faulty set up I called Pinnacle Pool & Spa requesting and independent service call to address the issue. Junior was responsive understood my concerns and diagnosed several issues that were not done correctly upon the initial pool build. He also documented and explained what did during each step to help me (a relatively new pool owner) understand how the system can work more efficiently and automated better moving forward. I would highly recommend pinnacle pool and spa for any pool service need. The service was incredible.
FANTASTIC!!!20+ year old pool maintenance resulted in Pinnacle coming out to swap out our DE filter to a quad cartridge filter.Pinnacle was the most professional pool equipment place I’ve dealt with. Ashley in the office was super helpful and professional. The quote came quick and was competitive. It was not the cheapest quote we received however I knew they were way more professional than the other guys.Scheduled the filter swap and the day of the install I began receiving text updates and emails when the tech was on his way. That’s the way it should be in 2026 & beyond. Super clear communication.Junior changed the equipment and waited a few mins for me to arrive. He explained everything clearly and even said record whatever you need so you remember the details.All in all, I would highly recommend this company. They were great to us and I would be expect to use them again in the future when we need additional equipment upgrades.??: the pool is nearly 40,000 gallons and we realize the DE filter is often what many choose for larger pools… however we went with a quad cartridge filter to make the maintenance easier.The pool was built by Trendsetter Pools. They recommended Pinnacle for equipment upgrades. TY again. ???

My pool has a complex automation system and they have serviced my gas heater, upgraded my LED lighting and fixed issues with my control system.
