Ashleigh takes over once the permits are complete and keeps you informed during all stages of construction. Construction was well organized, without delays and Cody is present and involved throughout. They worked with my budget whereas another group shamed me for having one. Highly recommend and if I had to do it over, I would do it exactly the same!
Tropical Escapes Pool Builders did an amazing job on the pool and spa, pavers, and cage. Cody and Ashley, the owners, were knowledgeable, so easy to work with, available, efficient, and pleasant. Cody made sure everything was done the right way and spent so much time with us to make sure we were informed of everything and was so patient as he stated that he wanted us to be pleased, understand everything, and do the best job for us. From the start he stressed always doing things the right way. Ashley was so efficient from the start including applying for the permit and informing us all along the way every time a permit or inspection was approved and also always informed us prior to the next steps of the job and during and after each stage of the job. They were readily available at all times for us. They were extremely efficient. We initially met with Maggie who called us back immediately and was so kind, pleasant, informative, patient, and designed an absolutely amazing pool with waterfalls, spa with a waterfall, and retaining wall, and cage. She came to the house prior to us signing up to get a better idea for the pool in our backyard. Cody also did the same and made sure everything was ideal. Maggie spent so much time and was so patient when we met at the office to pick the designs and everything else. They did this amazing job with us being over 1000 miles away as we were out of the state for a good portion of the project. They arranged things for us us according to our schedule as to when we would be here in Florida at this house. They rearranged their schedules to accommodate ours. They really understood our needs and cared and got the job done for us. This pool company was so professional, pleasant, informative and did the best job. We love our pool and spa so much. I highly recommend that anybody considering getting a pool call Tropical Escapes Pool Builders. They are the best. We thank them so much.
I’ve been wanting a pool for at least a decade and when we decided to finally start the process I thought it would be exhausting, and then we called Tropical Escapes. We had already received a couple of other quotes and decided to get one more before deciding and now enters the lovely Maggie. Just one week before meeting Maggie my husband was 80% in with a different pool company. l was more hesitant so my husband called Tropical Escapes for our final quote. I was soooo very happy he did, Maggie was just so easy to work with and made the process enjoyable not exhausting at all. She allowed us to truly design our pool and worked with us every step of the way within our budget. I couldn’t be more happy or thankful! Cody and Ashleigh are amazing leaders and communicators. The workflow was pretty spot on and the build of the pool was completed way faster than I could’ve imagined., I highly recommend Tropical Escapes to anyone thinking about getting a pool. Oh and before you sign with anyone else be sure to give these guys a call first. I’m sure You won’t regret it! Thank you to Cody, Ashleigh, Maggie and the entire team!
The team at Tropical Escapes Pool Builders was fantastic. They communicated constantly during the pool building process and the Pool, Lanai and Screen look fantastic! Quality work. During this process, I decided that I wanted to enlarge the lanai by 10 feet. Most companies at this point would charge a premium because they know their customer has already signed on the dotted line. I was surprised how reasonable the quote was to enlarge the lanai! I even asked Cody, the owner, are you sure? Wonderful experience and now I have a great pool!
Stellar!!! Did my research and interviewed quite a few builders. I am absolutely thrilled with how smooth the entire project went. My pool is absolutely gorgeous and the patio and screen enclosure is more than I dreamed. The project manager Cody is very professional. Cody went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! Cody is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell how passionate he is about making sure every detail is exactly the way you want it. The communication and honesty was clear throughout the process and Cody was onsite for each phase. Maggie is more than a salesperson. Maggie helped design the entire backyard makeover! Maggie took care of handling all the paperwork ensuring all was in order before the magic happened! I have received so many compliments from all my neighbors on the quality and beauty of my new pool! Highly Highly recommend!!! I’m so very pleased with Tropical Escapes Pool Builders making my dream come true!
