Tom and his crew did an amazing job. I absolutely love my pool. They were very helpful through the entire process. Pool school was very helpful to really explain all the equipment and getting the water balanced perfectly.
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Tom came to give us a pool quote and was pompous, arrogant, and flat-out rude. He barely set foot in our yard before brushing us off and making it clear he had no interest in our project. He acted like he was doing us a favor just by showing up, and couldn’t get out of here fast enough. If this is how he treats potential customers, I can only imagine how terrible the actual process would be. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
