They damaged my equipment and now won't return my phone calls. My filter needed new laterals installed. I called up Edwards, and the rep also suggested changing the filter sand at the same time. They sent a tech to look at my equipment while I wasn't home, but then I didn't get a call back with an estimate. A few days later, I was doing routine maintenance and noticed that my acid dispenser had been disconnected. When I went to reconnect it, I found the wires had been pulled almost completely out of the control box, and now it won't power on. I'm guessing the tech from Edwards probably got tangled up in the cable somehow and pulled it out. He then bypassed it so the rest of the system would still operate. Accidents happen, and I'm not necessarily angry about the damaged cable. However, no one from Edwards called me to explain the situation. They also won't answer the phone or return calls. It's been 6 weeks since the tech came out. I've left multiple voicemails and emailed them and still nothing from Edwards. Maybe they normally do great work, but I can't recommend a company that is going to ghost a customer after they mess something up.
If you want a high quality custom pool, don’t even bother looking anywhere else. Steve and his team are the best. We’ve had ours for a year now and we love it. They have been extremely helpful with maintenance as well and are very responsive when I’ve had questions, since I’ve never had a pool before.Completely transformed our backyard into a showstopper.
Absolutely one of the lowest integrity individuals I have encountered in 30 years of dealing with contractors. I have built 3 pools before talking to Mr. Edwards and he truly does not know his head from a hole in the ground. Oh, and by the way, if he is not selected for the job, he will tell lies whenever asked for objective professional opinions on work he has never seen. Avoid like the plague.
I've had 3 pools built over the years and Edwards Pool Construction is by far the best. Build unbelievable pools with creativity and state of the art materials but best of all is they stand behind their work and their service crew is amazing. Takes care of the customer like true professionals. Highly recommend them!
Edwards Pool Construction made the backyard of our dreams come true! Steve & his team were professional and hard working-sometimes putting in days that started at dawn and turned to night. Steve builds the best pools in the area, hands down. The true test of craftsmanship is when an owner proudly returns year, after year, to show his past work to prospective clients. And, it's his past work that turns those prospective clients into clients for life.
