NO - I will not use Superior Pools for any warranty, I never want to see them on my property ever again!

In the middle of June 2026 Superior Pool arrived to replace my pool liner and my pool skimmer. I had pumped all the water out the day prior so they would not need to.

Two young men began cutting the concrete around the skimmer. Concrete dust filled the air. No one wore any dust mask or safety glasses, and their sandals seemed just fine for foot protection. They did not bother to move the patio furniture or cover it with anything. The furniture , patio, and fence was covered with concrete dust.

Another person began taking out the old liner as two others broke the concrete and dug the sand out around the skimmer. As one tried to figure out how to glue the pipe to the new skimmer, others were going in and out of the pool (mud sand and dirt tracks)removing the liner and installing a new liner. At one point I pointed out that sand was getting into the cut suction pipe of the skimmer, where a rag was put in place.

After the second day the pool was filled, the skimmer and basket was in place, and the concrete they mixed in a bucket and brushed in place was done. They just left. The trim around the steps had not been replaced, pool ladder they removed not replaced. They were gone.

I primed my pool pump and was going to circulate shock-it in the pool. I kept turning the pump on and off to get suction but was having trouble getting the air out of the system.
When I went to check under the skimmer basket I found the rag still stuffed in the pipe. As I went to start the pump again the motor would not come on.

I paid Superior Pool for a new liner and Skimmer. It should have been easy, Do No Harm in the process would be expected.

Since completion I have had to replace the pool pump, clean my patio and furniture,
And now using the pool I have discovered rocks and sand under the new liner.

There is a six month warranty, this liner will need to be replaced at some point soon - to remove the rocks and sand. And, I discovered my shovel and yard fabric in my flower bed was missing. Did they think it was their tools and just load it up?

UPDATE*** Received a call from Danny at Superior Pools (new owner) and was very apologetic that I had problems. He is going above and beyond to fix my pool problem the right way. I am more than grateful that someone actually cares about their performance and how very respectful he was to me. I definitely recommend Superior Pools and will continue using their service as I have for several years.
Superior pools have helped me for several years and was always there to help when I needed them (shout out to Lauren). As usual, I opened my pool myself as I have in the past 18 years after Superior pools closed it last season. One of the pipes would not unscrew out of the return and looked like it had been screwed in sideways and stripped. Superior sent a tech out and had to use chain locks to remove it. Thereafter I noticed my pool was loosing a significant amount of water every week and had to fill it at least 1 1/2” - 2” every other day. I called out another Company to verify my suspicion that that pipe was compromised by the negligence of putting it in incorrectly. I was right. The red dye proved it. Superior sent out another tech to put silicone around that return and said the will get back with me (didn’t work). Never happened. I have called on a weekly basis with no return call. Finally got hold of Gary the owner today. He said he has called me twice (phones don’t lie y’all). He yelled at me and wouldn’t let me get a word out and said my pool was too old and I caused the problem. Come to find out He built my pool years ago and I instantly remembered how Hot Headed he was when he built it. They did not follow the specs 100% and was too late to make the corrections after I discover it. He said He WILL NOT fix what the tech broke.
