I had a new pool liner installed. I was very pleased with the installation and the installers. Dackson and Kayden were very courteous and I was very impressed with their work ethic. The most horrible customer service I have ever received. We have been trying to get service since October 2025. Now going on 7 months and still haven't had service. No communication until WE reach out. Our parts have been "on order" for several months. Were on the schedule and then come to find out after we reach out that our part is still not here... we've paid close to $2,500 and still have an empty hot tub. I am not one to post poor reviews, but I am shocked that this company remains in business after what we've experienced.
We had an excellent experience with the team at Ultra Modern. The installers were meticulous, careful, and incredibly precise with our sauna installation. Nathan provided outstanding support, coordinating the delivery and checking in afterward to ensure we were completely satisfied. Exceptional customer service overall.
