Nick came out because I had air coming through my return lines into the pool. Also, I was getting DE powder coming into the pool through the return lines. The diagnosis was to flip the pump around and get rid of about 6–8 feet of excess piping and 4 fernco’s and glue everything direct. He was able to troubleshoot the DE filter as well. It was just a problem with the top port, not being seated. he worked through light rain and some heavier rain at a couple points and got the job done and provided me with a lot more knowledge of my system. He was very personable and took a lot of pride in his work. I would highly recommend Chlorine Clean from this first time experience.

I had an amazing experience with this pool company! My pool pump went out unexpectedly, and they really came through. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had my pool pump replaced within 24 hours.
Nick was the one who handled the pump replacement, and he was awesome, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. You can tell he takes pride in his work.
