Update on July 2nd:After the initial angry reaction from the owner, I would like to add that Clarke Pools has responded and rescheduled their workload to complete and correct the required items last week. This is what I would expect from a reputable company and I am adding this note to acknowledge that Clarkes has tried to correct the issues outlined below.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Original reviewWe contracted Clarks Pools for an inground fiberglass installation 16 x 40 based on the stellar reviews. However, our experience was hardly satisfactory. The agreement was signed on the 2nd of March 2026. After 4 months, the photos show the state of the construction. According to Clarks, this is the normal standard of work that they deliver. As you can see:1. The area around the pool is "machine graded" as per the contract. My understanding at least from the initial verbal assurances was that this would end as a 1 by 3 slope. As you can see, there is leftover stone and debris which Clarke claims they are not responsible for2. The sides of the pool are warped. Clarkes assures us that this will be fixed when the pool cover is installed. They cannot provide a specific date.3. Piles of excavated material is left over, even though the contract specifies that excavated material should be removed.4. The outside grill for the Heat Pump unit that Clarks installed is damaged. This might indicate that the unit was dropped or bumped during the installation.5. Clarkes insists that all approvals regarding permits are my responsibility. I can't even get a complete list of inspections that were done or comleted.So after spending 120 K, I do have a plastic tub in the backyard. Not quite what I expected.The good part is the the folks were really quite pleasant up until the contract was signed.In the interest of complete transparency, I invite anyone interested to inspect the work at 354 W Christine Road, Nottingham; PA
Wonderful company and employees!! We did our research and wanted quality work and service-Clark’s is just that! They have a wonderful team that will work with you and your needs! Teddy was our project manager, who was fantastic and goes out of his way to help or stop by as often as possible. We were extremely happy with their work and help throughout the whole pool install process!
You will not be disappointed with Clark's Pools. The owner, the staff. and my assigned project lead, Nathan Meyers, was relentless in solutions to my challenging underground pool. I love my new liner and the office was helpful in making my decision. The communication and professionalism was spot on!
We could not be happier with Clark's Pools and our new pool! Cary was so helpful and informative (and patient!) during our decision-making process. Teddy is our project manager and he did an amazing job throughout the build process - including after care and helping us through any questions, concerns, and teaching us how to take care of our new pool. The whole team was so professional and friendly - and we always felt confident in the quality of our pool. This was a big decision for us, and once we decided on Clark's, we did not worry a bit! We HIGHLY recommend Clark's!
I had a great experience with Clark’s Pools. They are very profesional and did an incredible job with my pool. Is exactly what I expected and the service was excellent from the beginning to the end.Despite we had extended time for the project due to the pandemic, they alway kept me in the loop and and well informed of the progress or delays.
