Top notch group. Was looking for a replacement hot tub for quite some time. After a few visits to Crown spas we knew we were in the right place. They didn’t upsell the product and found us exactly the unit that we wanted and needed.Delivery was on time and super professional. The people that delivered our new tub dropped the tub exactly where we wanted it and left with all the shipping plastic and cardboard with them! Wow! Couldn’t ask for better. Would highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a hot tub

If you are in the market to buy a hottub - best get one from here if you want' a long-lasting lifetime of support.I've won't even order my filters anywhere else because of how great these folks are.I've been dealing with Crown Spas & Pools for 14 years and I just had ANOTHER fantastic experience which reminded me why I won't go anywhere else. Service of this magnitude just doesn't happen very often in my experience...Get this...It's our end of year "Shut down the Hot Tub" Hot Tub Party planned for this weekend. My hottub suddenly throws a fit and starts flipping breakers 2 days before...I live an hour a way from the city so I call.The phone is answered by the most patient and understanding human I got to deal with that day - who hears my panicked story and says "our service guy is out on a call, but one of our technicians should be able to help you out. Is this the best number to call you at? I'll have him call you back""Oh wow, thank you so much. this couldn't happen at a worse time."To which she says - "I gotchu"seriously, folks. It's a first world problem, I know, I see that. But to feel so supported in that we would figure it out and it would all be okay was amazing.That's not the end though.I get the call back within 10 minutes - it's a technician - who calmly walks me through the steps I can take to troubleshoot, how to make it so it doesn't happen again (at least till post party) and is ready if we need anything else.Needless to say, I wouldn't go anywhere else. So if you are in the market to buy a hottub, These folks really look after their people.
The service/parts staff is excellent. I came in with a Spa pump that needed a new impeller and shaft seal. They had the parts in stock and even helped remove the impeller and explained how to put it all back together properly. Highly recommend going there for parts and assistance!! Thank you.
