I have always found Jacuzzi Hot Tubs amazing - not just price but ongoing support and service. Most recently, the new product )which is only two steps for maintenance) is incredible. So much gentler on the skin and breathing. Absolutely love it! Thanks so much for bringing this to us!

We recently purchased a hot tub from Jacuzzi Manitoba and had the absolute pleasure of working with Jason throughout the sales process. From the moment we walked into the showroom, Jason was welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the best spa for our needs. He took the time to thoroughly walk us through the Jacuzzi lineup, carefully explaining the features, benefits, and differences between models without making us feel pressured. His professionalism, expertise, and friendly approach made what could have been an onerous decision feel easy and enjoyable. We were comparing several major brands, including Master Spa and Arctic Spa, but the quality, design, comfort, and performance of the Jacuzzi model, combined with Jason’s exceptional customer service, ultimately made our decision an easy one. The in-stock display model we tested was outstanding, and Jason went above and beyond to ensure we were completely comfortable and confident moving forward. What impressed us most was Jason’s willingness to advocate on our behalf. He spoke with management and worked diligently to put together an excellent package for us, including additional filters and Spa Marvel products, which we very much appreciated. That level of effort and customer care deserves recognition. This was one of the best large-purchase customer service experiences we’ve enjoyed. Jason was responsive, transparent, accommodating, and professional every step of the way, making us feel valued as customers. We are currently awaiting the removal of our existing spa and the delivery and installation of our new Jacuzzi hot tub, and based on everything we have experienced so far, we are confident these next steps will be handled with the same exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and care that Jason and the team have already demonstrated throughout the sales process. We look forward to enjoying our new Jacuzzi spa and would not hesitate to highly recommend Jacuzzi Manitoba to anyone considering a hot tub purchase. Our hot tub sprang a leak and after winterizing it, we tried to have it fixed again last summer. Even though we did not purchase it at Jacuzzi Manitoba we ended up there in the hopes that they would be able to repair it. All the staff, at the store, on the phone, and the crews who came out on a number of occasions were professional, informative, friendly and able to finally troubleshoot and repair our tub, saving us the expense of having to purchase another. They went well above and beyond. Highly recommend!

A quick review for folks considering doing business with Jacuzzi. I purchased my Hot Tub from Oasis and when they went under Jacuzzi picked up the slack. Recently It was time to replace my cover. And through some research I decided to order a new one through Alexandra at Jacuzzi. She was very helpful as an intermediarie between myself and the manufacturer. However, the cover arrived late, she was advocating and giving updates along the way. When it arrived there were other issues. Which was, frustrating ofcourse. I was then contacted by Jason, the GM. He was completely honest and transparent which I greatly appreciated. He gave me options and worked hard to solve all the issues. He also gave me some store credit for my troubles. Great job team! We recently decided to upgrade our hot tub, we visited the hot tub sale at st vital mall and met Alexandra…. She did a great job at showing us the features, no pressure she did a great job. I have already started telling people about her and how she treated us… thank you Ally. W & R

Amazing customer service and they go out of their way to make sure that you are educated on the features before buying and that you are a satisfied customer. The owner genuinely cares about making customers feel appreciated and the service people who deliver and set up the tub are very knowledgeable and professional. We had a Bullfrog Hot Tub prior and while the tub was good the customer service at Jacuzzi has been fantastic. Love our new jacuzzi tub, it looks amazing and the therapeutic affects are wonderful.

We were in the market to replace our previous Hot Tub. This time m, we went out shopping, we made sure we educated ourselves on all the product offerings and service available. We shopped around with all the major brands and distributors in the Winnipeg area. We feel we made an excellent choice with Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Manitoba. Not only is the Hot Tub awesome and meets our needs, but the service provided from David our sales rep was hands-down fantastic. He educated us on all the different options and choices with the Jacuzzi tubs to fit one for our needs. He was attentive, responsive, and his follow up was incredible. Jacuzzi also had ample inventory on hand. That says a lot about the local distributors. We received our Hot Tub promptly, and the service and tech staff have been incredible with their follow up and help post delivery. I know we made a good choice with this brand and Jacuzzi Manitoba. It also helped that many of my colleagues, neighbours, family, and friends, also own a Jacuzzi from Jacuzzi Manitoba. A good testament to their offering and service provided.

Warren (service) made sure the delivery of our hot tub went smoothly and has been very attentive to all my questions. The purchase went fairly well. Not all staff were aware of the sale and what was included, I guess a happy surprise when I went in again to "purchase" the stairs and found out they were included. However Jason is very knowledgeable. We love our (first) tub and use it almost everyday. Delivery was quick compared to other companies. I would give a 5? review but we had a couple of small hiccups in the whole process. Overall a fairly smooth process. Thank you Jason and staff at St. Mary's location. Bottom line...I would recommend Jacuzzi Manitoba.
