Our hot tub sprang a leak and after winterizing it, we tried to have it fixed again last summer. Even though we did not purchase it at Jacuzzi Manitoba we ended up there in the hopes that they would be able to repair it. All the staff, at the store, on the phone, and the crews who came out on a number of occasions were professional, informative, friendly and able to finally troubleshoot and repair our tub, saving us the expense of having to purchase another. They went well above and beyond. Highly recommend!
