I would highly recommend Waves Pool Services. I had them replace my liner. They did fantastic work.I thought the liner looked great but Brett pointed out an issue with the corners. Apparently the liner was shipped with the wrong corners. Brett promised to fix it.We were able to use the pool for the summer of 2025. Brett was there to replace the liner with the proper one in May. So we didn’t lose any precious pool time.He’s a man of his word.????
Brett and his team (Daryl and Dallas) did an exceptional job of fixing an underground line in our pool this summer. They did this difficult work with a positive attitude, consulted us each step of the way and completed it in a timely fashion. We have relied on Waves Pool Service for over 5 years. Brett and staff are friendly to work with, and care about their business. There are lots of decisions to make with a pool and Brett helps navigate all the different options. Brett has guided us through a heater replacement and a liner replacement. Waves Pool and Spa Services have been taking care of our pool for years.
I highly recommend Waves Pool & Spa Services! Brett has been looking after my pool and hot tub for over 5 years. There isn’t a problem they can’t handle . They have fixed heaters, hot tub pumps, cracked pipes (above and below ground) and so much more.Waves also replaced the pool liner for me. Brett demonstrated an exceptional amount of care in the process. He strategically used the opportunity to attend to some of the jet issues I had been asking about and was meticulous in the details before and after the liner installation. From the homeowner perspective the experience was quite pleasant given the solid communication before, during, and after. I couldn’t have asked for more.In addition, Brett & Team are incredibly responsive and trustworthy. Whenever we are trying to do something ourselves and mess it up (more often than I care to admit), Brett is just a phone call away and has been consistent in coming to the rescue! Contacted Brett regarding replacing our pool liner. He responded quickly and provided a competitive and detailed quote. Work started on agreed upon date and job was completed on time. Our backyard faces southwest and it was extremely hot the days Brett and his team were here. We would have understood if they decided to 'pause' our job until temperatures returned to normal. They powered through in order to finish. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work. As a result, we will be using Waves pool Service for all our pool needs going forward.
