JJ recently remodeled both of our bathrooms and we are so very happy with his work. Professional, timely and at a great price. Would recommend for sure.
JJ and his whole team were the greatest. We had JJ finish our small basement. He worked with us to make it more reasonable (eg. great idea to paint the ceiling black instead of closing it off with drywall) and his communication was amazing. They were able to complete the job ahead of the original schedule and we knew what was happening everyday ahead of time. He has experts for electrical and hvac and every worker took pride in what the were doing. They exceeded expectations and we would definitely recommend!
I learned of Vance Construction because our neighbors used them and had great experience. JJ Vance and crew proved to be excellent choice for our bath remodel too. Very timely each day, clean w workspace, quality work, polite crew members, concise and responsive communication every time there was a need.JJ always considerate of my budget and worked within it. Highly recommend Vance Construction for home remodel and I learned they do commercial work too.
JJ Vance and his team were fantastic!! We were pretty nervous about tackling a large project like out primary bedroom and bath, but JJ and the guys didn’t miss a day and made the whole thing a breeze! Highly recommend and will use them on the next project!
This was by far the best quality renovation project I've had so far. I've worked with multiple companies in the past and Vances Remodeling is by far the best. I will definitely be asking them to come back for my next remodel project for sure!
