Words can not express how fantastic this company and specially Becker is. Right away he tarped my 40 foot roof on day one to protect it while I got hoa approval. He helped me with that as well. The work is amazing and they fit me in quickly. Communication was possibly the best I have ever seen from any company. The price was fantastic and included a warranty for craftsmanship. I really can not say better things about the experience. I absolutely recommend them and will probably tell everyone I see about them! This is the right guy , look no further.

We would not consider any contractor for either new construction or a remodel other than Sam at Ram Construction. Having moved from the West Coast and not knowing any contractor in the Annapolis area, our realtor recommended Sam to remodel our newly-purchased home. On a beautiful lot in an ideal neighborhood, the outdated 50 year-old house left a lot to be desired, but we considered it a “diamond in the rough”. Sam and his professional subcontractors installed an entire new metal roof on our home, new flooring on the upper and lower floors, remodeled three bathrooms, converted our wood-burning fireplace to a gas fireplace, replaced our rundown back deck with Timber Tech decking, and painted the entire interior and exterior of our home, all while we were living in it. I have learned that Sam is not as interested in money or profit margin as he is in creating a high quality home with very satisfied customers. The best form of advertising. One of the issues I was most impressed by was that everyday at the end of the work day, the crews would clean up their construction mess.
