I’m very pleased with the dedication and communication of Paul and his team at BayPoint.
We embarked on a repair at my cottage property and, as layers were removed found a much larger issue at the root. Paul and his team worked through these additional significant challenges logically and clearly explained possible resolutions and costs of each, mindful of doing it right as reasonably as possible.
BayPoint has a portal offering access to documents, photo updates and easy written communication. They were available to discuss in person or on the phone or video when I had questions or was unable to meet onsite.
I am impressed with the workmanship throughout the job and with the customer experience.
