I would highly recommend WR, they are professional, have great attention to detail, costs and timelines. Their building/renovation knowledge is excellent. All the staff that worked on our home were kind respectful and a pleasure. Any concerns were dealt with quickly and efficiently. When friends asked how our renos were going I replied "great" and most said ....you don't here that very often. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
I live in Tsawwassen and we used WR Contracting for a very large renovation. It involved both an expansion of the existing house and a complete refurbishment internally. Because of the complexity of the work, WR was highly recommended for their quality and capability. From start to finish, they were exceptional. Very communicative and was on schedule. Renovations can be highly disruptive in your life and being able to return to your own bedroom on the planned date was very delightful I highly recommend them as a contractor!
In 2023 WR Contracting consulted and assisted in the design process of our new home. WR obtained all necessary permits for demolition of our old home and construction of the new home. Demolition started in June 2023 and we moved into the new home in April 2024. Jared and Jackson were in communication with us almost every day of the project. The trades employed on the project were mostly local and the quality of their work was excellent. Our project was completed on time and on budget. All the trades people were so professional in their approach to working on our home.
