It was a long and difficult journey after losing our house on Sanibel after Ian. Fortunately our paths crossed with Marc at Sunset Builders! His company handled the demolition for us. He and his team are extremely professional, punctual, communicative and very honest! Danel was our point of contact and went above and beyond what we could have hoped for (daily updates, photos, advice) and always with a smile. We cannot say enough good things about working with them and HIGHLY recommend their company!
I think this company was more concerned about getting paid then executing a smallrepair on a door which wasn't closing correctly. I was basically " strong armed" into writing a check and told that the repair was only guaranteed for a day or 2. If the door was too compromised structurally to be fixed, then I should have been told that without having ti spend $700, i live across the street from the company's office. If the owner really cared about the situation - it would have taken 10 minutes to come over.Instead it was an uncomfortable phone interaction over basically a " handyman" maintenance repair. I see the good reviews here. Regretfully I did not have a great experience using Sunset Builders.
