I want to thank DEA Construction for fixing my house! The previous owners had drilled through the siding for a hose reel, leaving holes that let water in, rotting the plywood and frame, mold, and causing more damage over the years.

I reached out to several general contractors, but after coming by to take a look, they all ghosted me. Then came DEA! They gave me a quote, the very next day showed up promptly to fix everything. They repaired, replaced, braced, and sealed everything back up, making it look like nothing ever happened. The new siding matches perfectly too!

I've got a few more repairs and upgrades in mind, and I'll definitely be using DEA Construction again. Thank you for your amazing work!

So I had to reach out to DEA Construction again—because, surprise surprise, another leak showed up in a different part of the house. It caused serious damage and mold. They came out, pulled off the siding to track down where the water was coming from, cut out the rotten plywood, replaced it, took out the bad insulation, and installed new flashing.

But here’s what really impressed me: they didn’t just fix what was obvious. They went further down the wall, removed more siding, and found even more damage that I wouldn’t have known about. The lower section was actually worse than the top—they had to cut and replace a lot more than expected.

In the end, DEA didn’t just patch things up—they made sure it was done right. Their attention to detail and the pride they take in their work is next-level. That’s why I always call them first. The quality and value they deliver? No comparison

Sammy did an outstanding job rebuilding my garage header and door jamb! His work and craftsmanship skills are far above average and conform to building codes. Had him modify the 7 foot opening to accommodate an upgraded 8 foot entrance door since the complete header needed to be rebuilt anyway. $6100 total repair cost (less cost of new upgraded 8 foot garage door) was very reasonable and included additional repairs and drywall to water damaged outer sheathing around power box. Highly recommend Sammy for any construction repairs or home improvement projects!

I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Samy Hernandez and his crew. They are true professionals. From concept to execution of my project they have shown skill, knowledge and ability. As a carpenters daughter I know how it should be done. I have watched my project from the beginning to the end and it was done with precision and expertise. From a pole replcement, having a new light installed, awning installation to a concrete mote with drain. They can do it all. They did what they promised in the timeframe they said.
