it was great to work with Mallard Brothers. on my project. We converted a garage into a one bedroom house that I initially thought I might rent, but we ended up designing such a beautiful unique place, that I decided to live here. During the middle of the build we came up with some pretty unique features like a bay window, a covered front porch with a ramp, among other details. The team was top level. Fun people to work with and everything got done on time.

They brought creative ideas to the design, kept us informed every step of the way, and delivered craftsmanship that is absolutely top-notch.

What impressed us most was their attention to detail and professionalism. Every finish, from the flooring to the cabinetry, was done with such care and precision—it truly feels like a custom home, not just a converted space. When I decided to change my bathroom tub to a walk-in shower, I was introduced to Kevin McCrea of Mallard Brothers Construction. He took care of all the pre-construction steps & kept in touch with me as things progressed or changed.
Then I met the rest of the team… Keenan Duke & Tyler Alverson!! They were friendly, professional, fast & efficient. They also kept me informed of their tasks at end of their day. They finished on time & their attention to details was impressive. Before they left, they cleaned up the work area & removed all packing materials from garage.
All 3 of the guys were a pleasure to deal with & I was totally happy and satisfied with their work. Thank you to everyone at Mallard Brothers ??
