From the moment we met Annie and Martin, we felt fairly confident that we would hire them to help design and carry out our kitchen renovation. It was going to be extensive: removal of a load bearing wall, a complete reconfiguration of the elements, and we had some pretty specific visions for the remodel. We became completely confident that we would hire them when they provided references, and in each call we made, and even the visit we made to see Martin’s cabinetry in action, we heard the same thing: “Annie and Martin are fantastic, high attention to detail and craftsmanship. They will not be the cheapest choice, but you will be able trust them completely.” Through our extensive project, we did come to trust them completely. They were honest, true to their word, and empathizing when things out of their control (like the supply chain) happened. They were loyal, showing up for every inspection, delivery and inspecting each subtrade they employed. They were generous with their time, and with their ideas, and the creative solutions we came up with have been some of my favourite elements in our kitchen. and they do remarkable work! We would hire them again in a heartbeat!
