We had Owen give us a quote to remove our 30+ year old duradeck, replace a rotting deck post, remove old exterior stairs and build onto the existing back deck.Owen was the ONLY contractor that saw the rotting post! We had 4 other contractors come by and they never saw it! We were happy Owen noticed it.All of the trades were incredible and kind and they worked hard tearing it all apart & rebuilding it.Everything looks exactly how we envisioned it!

Shuswap Vinyl Sundecks did an excellent job of repairing and resurfacing our veranda. The carpenter repairing the decking did such nice job and used quality materials. It was almost a shame to cover it over.The vinyl crew was also excellent. The colour and quality of the product and the attention to detail of the installers are appreciated.We would certainly recommend NOR renovations.
