I purchased new laundry room cabinets and Risan Construction was recommended as the installer. I can understand why they were recommended, they were truly amazing! Their knowledge and detail to the installation was thorough and impeccable. They were friendly, courteous, staying in touch before hand and arriving in a timely fashion. I would use this company again for all my work and highly recommend them. Risan has renewed my faith that there is still a reliable and reputable construction firm in the “Valley”. Keep up the great work guys, it was so enjoyable to have you do work in my home today! I hope to have you back many more times in the future for my projects.?? I would have these team in my home anytime, cost efficient, great communication with owner, timely, friendly, clean, and such immense pride in their work. They work so well together, to make sure each knows what needs to be done. Put in double doors at the bottom of my stairs to make a small suite, and designed a kitchenette to complete the area. Absolutely above and beyond my expectations. I can’t say enough about how welcome and refreshing this company is after me being in the valley for 20 years. Keep up the fantastic work guys, the valley needs and appreciates you! ??

I can recommend Risan Construction without hesitation. They complete a renovation involving 4 rooms of our condo with the kitchen being a complete gut and new cabinet install. Jan is an incredibly hard worker and a really nice guy....excellent carpenter...Likely the best in the region. He does great work. Rishi was very good to deal with...he always returned calls and texts promptly...I really appreciated that. They arrived when promised and accommodated our counter top delay with top priority as to not delay the finishing. Our renovations was on schedule with them except for the quartz counter which was outside of their control. Their sub-contractors were fantastic especially Shawn and Gerry. Their price was fair...great workmanship worth every penny. I hired them based upon two referrals...one from my neighbor and one from a local designer. I will have them back next year to do our primary bathroom..no hesitation.

Super happy with the job Risan Construction did. We had a tub removed and a walk-in shower installed along with some grab bars. We wanted to swap out the shower door for a double slider type. This was before it was installed, they had no problem returning it and getting what we wanted. They were very focused on us getting the results that we wanted so we are very happy. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks to the team at Risan Construction.

Before engaging into my large renovation project I knew based on my expectation levels it would have to be just the right people. I interviewed 4 different contractors RISAN being one of the 4 ; I had a very good feeling about RISAN Construction based on our discussion about the Scope of work etc. I really appreciated their input regarding ideas , best practices , levels of quality , functionality , and most of all their input regarding design and cost, their information was invaluable! The other thing that was key was the fact I live in Calgary therefore I was not able to manage or oversee the project hence I had to put the utmost trust into RISAN Construction which absolutely paid off! My experience with RISAN Construction was top shelf , they kept me advised of all progress supported with pictures, things I might want to be aware of and if anything else was to occur they were instrumental in the development of a plan "B". What stood out the most about RISAN Construction was their knowledge base and experience of both Rishi and Jan; I found that both complimented each other as they were skilled in various different disciplines. There has been various other people that have viewed my reno ranging from Real Estate agents , trades people , and design people and based on observation all have commented that I hired good people. Last is; RISAN Construction was always there when they said they would be and were 100% reliable. RISAN Construction performed an excellent job with top shelf quality ,I would use them again and would not hesitate to refer them to others. RISAN Construction was committed to making my project as seamless as possible. Risan Construction has done many jobs of construction and renovation for me. Those guys are TOP PROFESSIONALS as much in their conception of the work and the accurate perception of what is needed as in their organization of the job. They are faithful to their commitments, on time, respectful of their promises. The quality of their presence, the care they take of the place in all details are a guarantee of the best and long lasting results. They are a blessing for which i have been and still am grateful.
