Wichita Falls Renovation just finished my kitchen. They were wonderful! The kitchen had not been touched since the house was built in 1985. Product Manager, Hunter, was here everyday. Every individual that provided a service cabinet builder, painter, countertop (quartz ) installer, electrician,,plumber, backsplash installer, hardware installer were all here exactly at the time quoted! Each individual that came where masters at what they did. The owners of the company, Tom and Steven were here every other day. The kitchen is beautiful!. Each individual cleaned up after themselves! If you need anything done to your house you really need to use this company! I really dreaded the renovation but it was a very pleasant experience!
We contacted this company to renovate our kitchen by installing new countertops, back splash, and install a new sink with garbage disposal. Steven Klasse and Tom Whitworth responded immediately to our home and did an estimate. They asked for our input of what we were wanting and were very friendly and supportive. Their pricing was very reasonable. They were upfront and open of explaining the process they do and which subcontractors they use. They were very assuring that they wanted us to be happy with the work they did.It didn’t take long for the project to begin. They always communicated with us with scheduling. Each subcontractor that came to our house were on time and friendly. They went out of their way to put drop cloths down and were thorough on clean ups. They asked for us to look at the work they did and made sure we were satisfied before leaving.When the project was complete, Steven and Tom came out without delay and inspected the work. They wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work that was done.We can’t say enough how happy we are with Wichita Falls Renovation Group LLC. We would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects and definitely recommend them.
Used this business for a bathroom remodel and would consider using them again. They showed up on time everyday and communicated with me as the project was going on. The price as well as the product was worth every penny my wife and I spent!
Leaving this here because of the outragious price for a section that was nearly done. You can be proud of all the custom and everything you do but for affordable I would find someone else. Maybe you can cut down on the price and give value back to the customers by cutting out that F350 supercab you drove up to a job inspection, in this economy and gas prices.I'll keep you guys on my radar... to see when you crash in the recession. Just cause of the smug comments and comments when you was leaving.To anyone reading this, I have all my cabnets, sink, and countertop ready to go. It just needed to be installed. Time to watch some youtube and save myself 25k.
I am very happy and satisfied with my bathroom remodel. They have an excellent team of professionals and are very timely with there work. Hunter Klasse was super helpful and personable with all the coordination as far as helping pick the sub contractors, colors for the walls and the style of tile. Very satisfied and highly recommend!
