His customer service aspect of how he did things from start to finish was immaculate. I did not feel pressured, and I felt as if they were fighting for me with my insurance company so I didn't have to. My job is extremely time consuming and the extra efforts to make things smooth for me was so appreciated. The crew came in on time, did their job quickly, cleaned up and moved out just as fast. I'm so glad to have a perfect roof again! Jared, your siding guy could not have a found a closer match to my home to replace what was broken. Excellent service! Getting a new roof was the easiest home repair I have ever had to do.  From step one Shawn took over and made it happen.   He took care of everything.  Roof day was painless.  They were there on time, tarped everything so as not to ruin anything.  The crew worked constantly and finished that same day. He even sent me drone pictures of the progress being made throughout the day. When they left not only did I have an amazing roof but my whole yard, deck, driveway looked better than it did.  They gave 110%.  I would recommend using this company for all your roofing needs.  I wish every business paid this much attention to detail.  1st National Roofing gets an A+.
