We recently had Big Red Roofing repair a section of our soffit, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Ryan was an absolute pleasure to work with — professional, communicative, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything was done right. His crew was incredible: skilled, efficient, and respectful of our home and property.

I hired Big Red Roofing (BRR) to repair the siding of my newly purchased house as recommended by our pre- purchase house inspector. I provided Ryan King of BRR to help him understand what was needed. Ryan reviewed it and visited the house before giving me an estimate at no cost. I found the estimate reasonable but mostly I accepted it because I liked Ryan and his colleague Martin as honest professionals and very personable. They gave me a schedule for the work and throughout Ryan kept me informed through multiple emails. He was always courteous and open to my suggestions. Together, Ryan, Martin and their really hard working employee got the job done on schedule. They did a thorough and great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
Keep up the good work Ryan and Martin and I hope you pay your immigrant employee well. You are lucky to have him as an employee!

Ryan & his team repaired gutters on our home. He was highly experienced, knowledgeable, professional, & detailed. He patiently answered all our questions thoroughly. He & his team seamlessly accommodated our requests for additional work. His team was prompt & their craftsmanship was excellent, with the new gutters matching our existing ones perfectly. His pricing was fair & he even provided great advice on how to mitigate & prevent further damage from stormwater entering our home due to a recent storm. Would definitely use him again & highly recommended.
