Very professional, competent and simply nice folks.
We installed fortified roof and it was one of our most seamless and pleasant projects.
From planning through preparation, installation, cleaning, inspection and certification with NCIUA all was smooth and easy on us. They even went above and beyond and fixed previously damaged fascia under the roof.
All was done in one day using high quality materials.
Quality of work and look of our new roof just outstanding!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I hired Highlands Roofing Co. and met Taylor Brady, after a neighbor's tree fell and damaged our gutters and there was a small hole in our roof. They fixed the hole and replaced the gutters, but forgot to tell us about gutter guards. Taylor told me that would be extra which is fine, but why didn't Taylor tell me before the job started? After they finished the work and were paid, we noticed 3 shingles were hanging from where Taylor's workers had installed the gutters.
I wasn't going to write a review, but our handyman (who is not dishonest like Taylor is) informed us that there is significant rotten wood below the gutters. So Taylor's workers never told him about the rotten wood while they were working in that area? And Taylor never told us!
Taylor kept telling me he wanted to install a brand new roof because our roof will collapse, the scare tactics didn't work on us.Taylor insisted on us pre-paying the full amount BEFORE the job was done. I asked Taylor to come back and fix HIS mistake with the shingles, but he hasn't shown up yet.
Very disappointing experience with shoddy work and dishonest business practices.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from Highlands Roofing. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A huge shoutout to Woody and BJ, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. They were not only incredibly knowledgeable but also friendly, prompt, and transparent throughout the whole process.

They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated at every stage, and made sure the job was done right the first time. The quality of the work is top-notch, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers.

We had an exceptional experience with Highlands roofing. Upon receiving several estimates we decided to hire highlands roofing to fix a hole in the roof I discovered while up in the attic. Cole came out to the house for the initial inspection and was super friendly and professional. He got us on the calendar way sooner than expected and had his crew out within a few days. The crew was very professional and got the repair done in a timely manner. Cole was very attentive to answer any questions or concerns I had. They took before and after pictures to show the quality work they completed. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs one may have. We will definitely be using them again in the future. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would.
