We had a great experience working with Premier Roofing Company. Our first contact with Sean Barrett incredible. Sean is very knowledgeable and helped us understand the damage that had been caused to our roof. Sean proactively helped us understand the process for getting our roof repaired. Sean was very helpful when we were communicating with our insurance company and facilitated a hand off to Derek Burton, Pruduction Lead, on the day our roof was replaced. The crew that completed the work was amazing from beginning to end. They protected my plants and laid tarps to catch the old roofing materials. They worked non-stop and were very respectful to my family. The crew cleaned up all the roofing material and trash. I could not tell they had been working on my roof. We are so pleased with how our roof looks and genuinely appreciative of the service and support we received from Sean, Derek, the crew, and Premiere Roofing Company.
Premier did a great job on my roof and gutters. Very professional team all around. Cleanup was so good you really could not even tell they had been there. If you need any help ask for Daniel to come out and inspect your property. Very knowledgeable and responsive.
My husband and I are extremely happy with Premier Roofing. From the initial contact with Premier Roofing they were always on time with estimates and the roofing crew came on time. Both Daniel the inspector and Chris project manager were both, professional, knowledgeable, and so very helpful with our roofing project.They did agreat job cleaning up. I was also impressed that when they stopped forl lunch they cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave trash laying around.We are so happy that we found Premier Roofing. Absolutely awesome company to work with! This project was plagued with delays due to my insurance company. Premier Roofing representative Mr. Olson was persistent and professional and was able to get me a new roof covered by my insurance. Communication during the whole process was amazing. Mr. Olson stayed in contact and always remained optimistic even when I wasn’t sure it was going to happen. The roof installation was accomplished in one day, they showed up with an appropriate sized and experienced team. It was incredible watching them work! The end result is spectacular. The new roof is beautiful and every bit the quality of the original roof. I absolutely recommend Premier Roofing for anyone looking for a new roof!
