Best Roofing did a wonderful job doing a silicone coating on my membrane trailer roof, with a 10-year warranty! They were professional and only took a few days to complete the job. It did not involve anything being torn off. The procedure did not require waiting until spring for a week of good weather to complete, it was done before the onslaught of winter weather! It was nearly half the price of any bids that I got.

From the initial inspection with Jason to the actual day of work was very seamless and easy going. The whole process of communication, setting appointments up and paying was super easy.The crew that came out to our house was extremely respectful and very professional. Sometimes it’s nerve-racking hiring construction workers because you never know what you’re going to get. Isaiah (the Foreman) was awesome! He communicated everything with us and made sure our house/yard was spotless when they left. I can’t recommend them enough! You will not regret using them for a roof replacement!
Had a new roof installed by BEST Roofing & Waterproofing. They were responsive when I requested a quote, came out 2 weeks later, showed up on time, and completed the installation in one day. The team that came out was very nice and professional. They did a great job cleaning up afterward and making sure there were no staples or debris in the yard or driveway. Roof looks great and haven’t had any issues. I also like that the warranty for the roof is transferable I care I want to sell my house down the road. Highly recommend.
