Best Roofing did a wonderful job doing a silicone coating on my membrane trailer roof, with a 10-year warranty! They were professional and only took a few days to complete the job. It did not involve anything being torn off. The procedure did not require waiting until spring for a week of good weather to complete, it was done before the onslaught of winter weather! It was nearly half the price of any bids that I got.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does BEST's Roof Health Report process work?
BEST confirms a visit time, sends a licensed specialist for an on-site inspection with photos, then provides a visual report explaining the roof's condition in plain language.
Does BEST apply roof coatings to every roof?
No. Roof coating is not appropriate for every roof; widespread moisture damage, structural decking issues, and severe ponding water can make it unsuitable.
Does BEST offer financing?
Qualified projects have 0% financing available for up to 24 months (OAC).
