John and the team did a phenomenal job with our roof. The team explained us the lifetime of our roof extremely well and were very upfront on explaining to us the cost. I recently had my roof replaced (October 2025) and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, their team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. I got several estimates and other companies were pushy to the point of harassment they were not like that at all and I really appreciated that. It was truly amazing how fast the guys worked on a very hot day. They got my roof done in half a day starting with 4 guys for the tear out. Then the shingles came and 3 other trucks to help with laying them down. They were done by 5 after starting at noon. They were able to work around an unmovable car in my driveway. The reason for a 4 star rather than a 5 was the bedding plants could have been taken care of better from when the old roof was being torn off. Lavender and wild rose were a bit smashed but they are plants that will recover well. I was reimbursed for damage to a magnolia when a roll of paper fell off the roof. Deschutes was very easy to work with and the communication was great with site managers and office staff.
