Thomas came to my home to give me a roofing quote. I found him to be knowledgeable, energetic, and helpful. He came up with several options that will work for now, and a pretty reasonable quote for a complete replacement. The financial info was helpful although I plan to use my credit union. I like that he showed me the actual materials to be used on my roof and explained the process carefully. As a woman, sometimes we can get talked down to. I did not feel like just a 'dumb woman' as he treated me as an equal and informed consumer. I appreciate his honest assessment that my roof will not need to be replaced yet and will get someone to fix the vents that appear to be leaking. He could have "sold up" and talked me into a new roof, but he knows a widow on social security struggles. Or just replace the part in worst shape and the rest in stages as I can afford. Thomas communicated well with me and offered to help me negotiate with the other salesman and compare the different products and services which can be overwhelming. The brochure offered is very comprehensive and shows the level of the company is superior.
Very good experience with Klaus Roofing. Chris and Aidan are great! Very clean and friendly crew. They cleaned up after themselves. Chris walked us through the process and supported us throughout. We love our high quality roof. We had 24 solar panels and they took them down and put them up. They restarted the system for us too. Aiden ran a tight ship and worked hard in a timely manner. Very comfortable and stress free process. Highly recommend Klaus Roofing. They are doing our insulation so stay tuned for next review. I'm sure it will be another 5 stars.
My experience with Klaus Roofing was extraordinary! Here are some of my takeaways from the experience:• Our sales rep, Casey was very pleasant, forthright, and knowledgeable about the products used on our house.• Casey was extremely responsive with us, including multiple check-ins with us prior to the install.• When a spot opened up for install, Casey contacted me to see if we wanted the slot. This was 2 weeks ahead of the original date.• Haus had a Project Manager assigned to our project. Thomas was there before the crew arrived, explained the timeline, schedule, and potential weather issues. Thomas did an exceptional job at keeping things rolling in spite of a few hiccups with the shingles, such as delivering multiple squares to the house where they installed what they could on day one. Had the shingles been delivered day one, I believe it would have been a one-day project.• What I loved about Thomas is he prepared me for the worst case scenario and over-delivered. They wrapped up the project in two days and beat the e weather when they needed to. Thanks in part to Thomas’s leadership.• The crew: The crew was polite and very gracious to my wife and me. The worked their rear ends off for two days to get the job done before weather came in. Each day they worked until dusk, never seeming to be out of synch with each other.• The site Foreman, Horacio (sp), was extremely polite and competent. Having him on the roof directing and having Thomas handling logistics was so efficient. While one led the crew, the other (Thomas) kept things moving, handling logistics, running for supplies and materials so the crew did not have to stop for down time.The ancillary crews at Haus were also very professional and courteous. From the dumpster delivery and pick up to the shingle delivery and clean-up, everyone was professional and personable.As you may gather from this review, I would recommend Klaus Roofing to anyone. I did not take the lowest bid, I chose the best product, best application, and the best service for my roof.It’s unfortunate that this roof is warranties for 50 years. It means that this is the last roof I will ever have to put on.
