NWRS installed our roof in 2023 and did a great job. In 2026 when selling our house, a couple minor things came up in the home inspection report regarding the roof. We contacted NWRS and worked with Alejandro Reyes. We sent him the report items and he sent a crew out a couple of days later to fix. He communicated every step of the way, wrote a plan and sent pictures when completed so we could forward on to the buyers. Our experience was positive in 2023 and 2026.
I needed to replace the siding on my house. After dealing with another company that was pushy and cared more about commission I was given Dan Roseberry's phone number. I was given two options, both with quotes. I had many questions which he answered without hesitation. His crew is professional and great at what they do. It took a little over a week from start to finish including painting. I am extremely happy with the outcome. I feel like I am coming home to a new house every time I come home.
