The whole team, including Bryan, Casie, and the Owners, Michael and Josh Keith as well as the installation team, have been very thorough and professional from start to finish. They communicated regularly and in a professional manner and provided a detailed inspection and estimate from the get-go. They arrived promptly as planned and completed the roof installation in record time, including a very thorough clean-up afterwards. There were absolutely no issues with the installation, which made it a stress-free and positive experience. We appreciate their honest and great work ethic and the pleasant interaction with all the team members. I consider it a bonus that one of the owners, Josh, were present throughout the installation process to oversee everything and answer all questions. The roof looks excellent and is a great upgrade after dealing with roof damage from Hurricane Beryl. They are a First Class Company and I have already recommended them to a friend. Had some gnarly hail damage earlier this year and was dreading the whole insurance claim process. Thankfully, RTU was here to make everything easier than I could’ve ever imagined. I barely had to lift a finger, and we now have a beautiful, stronger roof over our heads and an even more efficient gutter system within a month. The Roofing Technology team replaced my roof this week. When I first met Joshua the owner and he reviewed the products , his companies reputation, and most importantly to me his character and business philosophy it was a no brainer to contract with his company. Here is what I can say, they were at my house at precisely the time they said they would be here, the worked throughout the day keeping the worksite safe, and finished exactly when they said they would. A one day project that turned out perfectly. Joshua walked the entire site with me, found a few areas that he wanted to make better, and finished all project work.I cannot express more that if you are planning or in need of a roof replacement or repair, this is the company I would recommend hands down.
Our roof was damaged by the 2023 storm. Roofing Technologies had the best price and did an excellent job. They repaired the underside of the roof and the roof shingles. We can’t even tell where the repair was made. They were efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and kind and used very high quality materials. Even after the 2024 tornadoes our roof held up. I will definitely use them again.
