Raintite replaced our shingles after a hail storm. Eric was great to work with - he coordinated with us on the color of the shingles and the gutters and with our insurance company on the paperwork details. The crew did a great job and the new roof looks great.
Eric was quick to respond and ultimately gave me a very reasonable quote. He went out of his way to come to me to set everything up, pick colors, and get deposit because of my work schedule. I set the time I’d like for them to come and he was persistent about it being ok to put the shingles on sooner than I’d like. A mistake was made by Eric about the time (no one is perfect, I believe he did make a mistake) but next thing I knew they were tearing off the roof. The next day it went on and the work was very good. Lines are crisp and straight, everything very professional. Clean up was thorough.
I had a great experience with the crew from RainTite roofing. A late summer hailstorm had caused severe damage and my roof had to be replaced.
