Pressler Construction replaced our old roof with a beautiful metal roof. The team was professional and prompt. The project was completed on-time and within budget. Justen (owner) guided us through the entire process. We couldn't be happier.
This whole process started off positive and went sideways really fast. It started off with some dry rot repair in three areas, paint two stories, garage and shed in three colors. In the first couple of weeks everything was moving along good so we added in removing two areas of concrete and adding a French drain in front of the garage and sand & stone in front at the french doors which they never finished. Now the house! After what they called finished even though it was not done properly. No show, No return calls after a couple weeks we get home from the bank @ 12:15 only to find two workers there power washing down the garage. I had just done some repairs to it on the corner and had it blocked off so no one could hit it or anything that could damage my repair. We'll they ruined my repair! They just let themselves in, no communication at all and I was pissed! Now let's get to the excuses of no contact for two months, yes two months.1. Roofer fell off the roof2. Family member died (that I get, but 2 months)These two excuses do not warrant no calls back when I'm calling a few times a week trying to find out what is going on. For the next two months with on and off appearance like showing up for money ect... it took five months to repair and paint. I even had to buy extra paint to try and fix everywhere they had missed.There was paint and over spray on the new roof, the new stones, the new ductless heating & cooling system. Scott also damaged the french doors so they wouldn't close so I had no way to secure them for safety, my daughter and granddaughter came over and blocked them as well as the could. My daughter then called Justen and let him know what took place and he was out the next day to fix it so I could close and lock my doors. They left their trash all over the yard and in the driveway during this whole process. Once my daughter figured out who owned the company she got ahold of him and he did refund some money but not enough for all the damages incurred during the process. They said the overspray would wash off, well that never happened (it's paint) I bought special cleaner to try and remove paint from the stones.Scott was only polite or called when he wanted money. He had stated his son does own the company so he has a cushie job and when I got ahold of Justen he did try to make us happy but we only got his repair guy for one day and he wasn't able to take care of everything in that time and that's the same day they fixed the french doors.I really wish I could add pictures! The peeling paint, overspray, its just a crap job.Since putting up this post on Pressler Roofing Justen has continued to call my Mom who is the owner of the house harassing her for me to take the review down an honest review because of the shoty work they did and well Justen you just pissed me off even more! Why don't you try to fix it or will that just take to long? If you call my mom one more time I will be contacting the pd and filing harassment charges against you. If you back off I might take it down at the end of the month.
Justen and his very talented team of construction artisans have officially blown my mind!!! These are the before and after pictures of our home. They replace all the windows and doors and also changed the sized and operations (we couldn’t stand the round top windows everywhere). They changed the sizes of the doors, upgraded our siding to fire resistant Hardi Board, removed most of the brick (we left the entry pillar for nostalgia) repainted the entire house with a more modern scheme, new gutters and I’m sure I’m forgetting some other items.They were amazing with the choreography of the trades, correctly, one after the other and in such a timely manor. This process we thought would take month and months but they knocked the whole thing out within a months time. They met with us to pick out and order all the proper materials and the designs we wanted, they procured everything and then started scheduling.Thank you Justen and Pressler Properties & Construction for giving us our forever home and in such a clean fashion to take back possession. We could never be more grateful and we look forward to a new roof in the near future.Happy holidays from Baker family!!!
