Simply AMAZING from start to finish. Randy and his team are the best! He was very informative and answered all our questions during our first meeting. He was very straightforward and cared about our needs, which was refreshing after dealing with other roofing companies. He took the time to walk around the house and explain what the process entailed and what might need a little extra work. He came out every morning to check in, and his team did great work and took the time to clean up properly. Great communication through the whole process! We are very happy with our new roof and our overall experience.
Extremely happy with the re-roof and dry rot repair done by Randy and his team. My 100 year old house looks so good. Price was very fair compared to other contractors in the area. Went out of there way to make my wife and I happy, we ended up replacing all of facia boards and so happy we did so. Randy and his team are great at there jobs and made the whole process seamless and easy.

The initial meeting with Ryan allowed us to get an understanding of current product offerings and insights along with discussions about what may best suit our needs. No high- pressure sales, just a frank discussion about our needs and things we should consider. After deciding on the specific roofing material Ryan was able to provide locations where the product was installed that allowed us to see the different styles and colors that helped inform our final decision. Communications from the office for scheduling tear-off, installation, and inspections was great. The crews were very professional, on time and kept the job site clean. I can highly recommend Bob Jahn’s roofing. We had to replace our decomposed wood shingle roof and it was quite a complicated project since it’s a halfplex and the neighbor did not want to replace her roof even though it is in the same bad condition. Nevertheless, Ryan came out to provide a very competitive quote and we discussed several options how to handle the challenge! He was handling everything from discussing the quote, being there during the re-roofing and doing the final walkthrough. I love the ”one face to the customer” approach from Bob’s team, it gives you a very good feeling.The re-roofing itself went very fast and Abraham’s team did an amazing job! In just two days they installed the OSB boards and high quality shingles on our 4500 sqft roof. They did not leave one piece of trash/debris afterwards.All in all a very good experience, competitive pricing, 10 year labor warranty and good communication (thanks to Melissa and Tiffany from the office!). I hope that we will never ever have to replace our roof – but if so, I’d contact Bob Jahn again.
Roof and gutter project went perfect! From day one everyone at Bob Jahn's that I interacted with was very professional and able to answer any questions I had, the lead on my project Ryan was great. Their knowledge and straightforward way made it an easy choice. I had 2 roofing companies no-show their appointment to give me an estimate. 1 who came in at double what I had in mind for a roof and 1 who walked the roof took notes but wanted me to wait almost 3 weeks to hear back from their specialist to walk me through materials and warranties and starting a quote. Easy choice, Bob Jahn's didn't come with any gimmicks or sales pitch. Just a straight-up here's what we can do for you and here's how we'd do it plus references.Communication on scheduling and rain delays was great. The crew showed up early worked fast and clean from the teardown to the install. Now to fix up the siding/trim, paint and complete the refresh on my exterior.
