We had some leaks in our 25+ year old roof. Several of our neighbors had used ACME over the past several years for roof replacements and their roofs look great so we gave them a call. They came out promptly and went up in the attic and found where the leak was, and then went up on the roof and found several other places that showed signs of aging and potential future problems. They were very professional and gave us an estimate. All in all, we got estimates from 6 different roofing companies. ACME’s bid was very competitive, and their professionalism and communication was superior so we decided to go with them. They did the tear off of our old roof, installed full plywood over our ship lap, put on new shingles, vents and flashing, and cleaned everything up completely on schedule. We now have a new roof with a 25 year guarantee and don’t have to worry about leaks anymore when it rains. We highly recommend ACME roofing for their quality workmanship and honesty.
Acme Roofing is definitely one of the very best companies we have ever dealt with. The whole experience including the residential advisor, project manager, owner and the roofing crew were incredible. We were kept informed every step of the way, things were explained clearly, our property was respected, the crew was on time and very professional and their clean up was impeccable. We had two leaks and a lot of plywood that had to be replaced plus they had to add additional venting to the North side of our house and properly vent three fans that were vented into the attic rather than out through the roof. Their pricing was great and we trusted them completely. If you want a company with integrity, fair pricing, excellent customer service and workmanship, Acme Roofing is definitely the company. By the way, we love our new roof and I smile every time I come home. The color is great and the total look of it is amazing.
Our roof and gutters needed replacing. ACME was recommended by a coworker. ACME gave us a thorough inspection and estimate, and Gary explained the process in detail with no pressure. They were able to start much faster than other companies we received bids from, and beat them all in price. The crew arrived on time and completed the entire tear-off and replacement in just two days. Gutters were installed a week or so later by a different crew. Everyone at ACME did a great job communicating throughout the process, and made sure we were satisfied at the end. Our new roof looks great! We would highly recommend them.
