Reviews consistently mention clear communication from the office and project managers, with updates before and during the job. Homeowners note punctual crews and efficient installations, especially on gutters and roof repairs. Workmanship on flashing, dead valleys, and metal roofing upgrades is a recurring positive theme. Several reviews also describe effective solutions for leaks and water diversion problems.

Wow. 12 days done. Eddie managed to find solution to water diverting problem by combining gutter and gutter guard protection for an unusual overhang.. Installers, Ethan and Clayton, were attentive to my concerns that were beyond a simple gutter replacement. Teresa did a superb job pulling it together and keeping me informed. This was so smooth that I want to get them involved in a roof replacement. Great job all.

Roy and Luis was on time. They installed new gutters quickly and efficiently. They were done by noon. The team behind the scene was amazing. I was a little skeptical at first because of the time table of not getting back to me within the 2 days that was stated. After speaking with Teresa, she got the ball rolling and the job was done. I definitely would recommend RainTech.

Our 60' tall fire place chase was rebuilt ten years ago. We recently had a leak due to that contractor neglecting to install flashing at five roof tie-in points. The extent of the damage was significant throughout the 60' run of chase. RainTech Roofing removed all the stone and damaged sheeting, dried in the chase with new sheeting and cooper flashing, including replacing rolled asphalt in a dead valley with a copper pan. Finished the project with all new roofing shingles around the area of access.

The level of technical skills shown in the installation was the best I have experienced. If they did anything that was not right (which can happen on a job of this magnitude), after a discussion, they took care of the problem without hesitation. The Project Manager and Sales Rep(Michael & Eddie) for RainTech provided the best customer service throughout the four week project I have ever experienced.

I am semi-retired and have been flipping houses for three years. I use 6-8 contracts each year for different services. Hands down RainTech provided the best quality and customer service I have experienced - Thank you!

I am very pleased with RainTech's design and work. Daniel and others in the office helped us find a solution to upgrade our mansard roof from singles to metal roof. Resulting styling improvement to our home exceed my expectations. Installation site job management and communication by Gerardo was excellent. Experienced metal and TPO roof crew's craftmanship and amazing work ethic also exceed expectation leaving us with confidence our new roof will last decades. Final part of our job was new guttering installed by a very efficient two man crew. Gutter system work included reworking areas that have been troublesome. Wood repairs from leaks into attic were repaired leaving everything 100% good.

Wow! We are so pleased with the work RainTech has done. First with our guttering and now our roof. Mario and Roy did great work and were very professional. Teresa was amazing. She provided detailed information by phone and email on the work to be done, who was doing it and when they would arrive.

We had major leaks around our chimney. You can see the RainTech quality of work in the before and after pictures. We highly recommend RainTech.
