Last March’s hail storm damaged my roof. I have known Steve Raney, owner of Synergy Roofing since my high school days, so I called him up. He, his son (who has grown up in the business and is carrying on the business) and project manager Gordon Padget did an incredible job of working with a reluctant insurance adjuster in getting the replacement roof project complete. They went beyond what the insurance would pay for the roof replacement and some peripheral damage to the roof, window screens, and paint (on the siding and trim) damage. I was impressed but not surprised at the communication, focus, and intensity given to my needs. Synergy’s reputation is well known in the area. NO REGRETS!
Synergy Roofing did a great job on my home! They replaced my roof, fixed my fence, replaced my garage door, a window, some outside lights and painted my front door. There were a few different contractors involved but everything went smoothly and the work was done well. Andrew was awesome to work with. He was communicative, professional, and made sure everything got done right. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!
Steve and Gordon and their crew were great to work with..I first contacted Steve a couple yrs ago on a referral to replace a roof. He was like talking to an old friend the first time I met him. After a two yr battle with the insurance company, he was finally able to secure me a new roof from the insurance company this yr. He is a man of his words. Does what he says, and says what he means, like I said he was like talking to an old friend but immediately treated me like family … I would recommend them 100000000xs over to anyone who may need a new roof, you can’t go wrong with them and you’ll be really pleased with the outcome.
We cannot say enough positive things about Synergy Roofing. Steve, Andrew and Cody were the best to work with. They were very proficient in answering our questions and working with insurance. They made sure we were happy and got exactly what we wanted. Their service was top-notch and we will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who is needing, a new roof or roof repairs.
We had our house built in 2002 and I had done patchwork repairs to the roof over the years. It was time to replace after wind and storm damage and needed professional help. I looked at numerous contractors and viewed their quality of work and materials. This was our first time ever having a roof replaced and it work was done in early April 2021.Steve Young and his crew were phenomenal to work with! He helped educate and guide us through the insurance claim process and made things simple for us.They also took extra care to protect my newly renovated landscaping done in 2020 and attention to debris removal via using tarps on all sides to catch debris and nails.If we ever need roofing services in the future I won't look to anyone else except Synergy Roofing and would highly recommend them to anyone in need.Thank you Synergy Roofing!
